When you signed up for hockey, you would have received the following information on your invoice/receipt. Some people are registered by the Registrar and you won't see this information. Sharing again for anyone who need it.

If this is your child's first time playing hockey, please make sure you upload a copy of their birth certificate. One parent/guardian must complete the Respect in Sport - Parent course. This should be done right away to avoid any delay rostering your player. If you've completed this course for another player, please login to your account and link your new player to your profile. Lakefield's Registrar is not able to do this for you.
If you selected the eTransfer payment option, please forward your payment to [email protected] and use hockey as the password. Please enter your player's name in the comment section of the transfer. Payments are due on the fifteenth (15th) of the month. The Registrar will not contact you to remind you. You are required to follow the terms of your payment plan and make your payments on time. Players are not eligible to start the season if fees are outstanding.
If you require assistance with fees, please reach out to Hockey Canada Foundation or JumpStart to seek assistance. Start your application early as funding does run out fast. Please follow our website at www.lakefieldminorhockey.ca to stay up to date on tryouts, when the season starts and any rules the township wants us to pass on to families. Select the Education tab at the top of the page for instructions on how to subscribe to our news articles. Once you know what team your player has been assigned to, you can subscribe to your team calendar. You can also follow us on Facebook and Instagram.
